Summer break looks different for every family. For some kids, it's a relief. For others? The loss of routine is genuinely hard.

If your child with autism or ADHD thrives on structure, the transition out of school can bring real behavioral challenges. More meltdowns. More anxiety. More "I don't know what to do with myself."
