Finally getting around to making jewelry again. 🤍

I’ve always been drawn to the colors of the sea and the desert. If I had to pick one color that feels like me, it’d be turquoise.🏜️🩵🌊

These necklaces have all of my favorite tones, and I had so much fun bringing them to life. I was definitely rusty though... one necklace took me four tries before I was happy with it.

Thank you for being patient with me. I don’t like creating just to create. I wait until I feel inspired, and I think these pieces are better because of it.

Reiki has become one of those things I naturally turn to throughout the day. 🌀

If I have a headache, I use Reiki.
If I’m stressed, I slow down, breathe, and let my hands go where they need to. Most of the time it’s my belly.

Every morning on the freeway, I pray and flow Reiki at the same time.🚗🚙

Before bed, I’ll sometimes do Reiki on my husband and son if they’re open to it. Isla is too cool and busy for non these days… 😝

It’s not always so deep-Sometimes it’s just a few quiet minutes that help me feel calmer, more grounded, and back to myself. 🥰✨
