Dear Valued Patients,

I have significant news to share: After 28 wonderful years in practice with Primary care and chiropractic, Dr Chad Kesner and I, Dr. Kim (kesner) Cook, are embarking on new and different paths/journeys. We are set to close on our building May 11th. Primary Care and Chiropractic will be dissolving.
Dr Kim (Kesner) Cook will be starting her own practice 2.8 miles away.

New location and name of practice:

I will be practicing alongside another Chiropractor, Dr. Shannon Hurley, who is the best adjuster I have come across in years. We will offer: Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Medical massage, physical therapy, and spinal decompression.
All staff will come with me!!!! I will be moving all workmans comp and auto accident patients to this location as well.

I plan to work M-F and occasional saturdays for all services.
INSURANCE......................
We are taking BCBS (ppo), Cigna, Aetna,Humana, Kaiser, workmans comp and auto accidents. UHC/UMR we are contracted only until May 16th and trying to get them to allow or renegotiate a new contract with our network. We will be billing UHC out of network.

I cannot express enough how much joy it has been to serve all of you for 28 years! Each of you have played an integral role in my journey, I have become so close to many of you, and I deeply cherish the relationships I have built. Henry Matthew Buster went missing on 1/4/2024 at 2:30am, after a minor single car accident. The accident happened at the intersections of Lincoln and Yosemite in Lone Tree, CO. He was last seen around 4am in the Heritage Hills Neighborhood.
