We are very excited to announce that we are now offering personal training sessions with our new Certified Personal Trainer, Rachelle! OHM clients can book an initial 60 minute training session with Rachelle for only $49! Call or text our office at 303-791-4480 to schedule.

Rachelle focuses on strength resistance training, with an emphasis on mobility, flexibility, balance and core strength. She specializes in programming based on individual abilities, needs and exercise preferences, and she enjoys incorporating a variety of training methods and intensity levels. Her primary goal is to help her clients feel happy, healthy and strong.

Meet our new massage therapist, Chrystal! OHM clients can book an initial 60 minute massage with Chrystal for only $89! Call or text the office at 303-791-4480 to schedule.

Chrystal has been a licensed massage therapist for over 7 years. She has worked in spa settings, integrative health centers, and medical offices. She enjoys using multiple modalities to best meet the client’s needs. She specializes in trigger point therapy, where she targets specific problem areas, but she also enjoys reflexology, cranial sacral therapy, hot stones, prenatal massage, and aromatherapy.

She is passionate about massage because she loves to share and explore the positive impact it has on the body physically, mentally and emotionally. She believes everyone can benefit from massage work, and she is honored to share this gift with others.

We are excited that Chrystal has joined our team!

Christina moved to Denver in June of 2020. Her holistic career journey began in occupational therapy in 2010, followed by a bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness. Christina considers herself a lifelong learner, which led her to then pursue a career in massage therapy. She has been fascinated and intrigued by the mind/body connection, and she integrates these aspects into her massages, which enhances the value of her touch. She has had her own accidents and injuries over the years, thus she understands the mental, emotional and physical components of recovery firsthand.

From body mechanics to activity analysis, Christina utilizes a variety of techniques including MFR/MET, deep tissue, craniosacral, trigger point, cupping, stretching, client/patient education, therapeutic taping and more to promote healing and relaxation.

In her spare time Christina enjoys hiking, concerts, festivals, yoga, and anything outdoors.
