HCH also provides Physician Clinics, a Long Term Care Facility, Skilled Rehabilitation, and Medically-Based Wellness Programs allowing individuals and families nearby access to professional care in these critical areas. Our Medical Staff of highly experienced Physicians represents medical specialties now covering 14 areas of healthcare, specialties usually only found in much larger facilities. We continually update our quality of care by maintaining state-of-the-art equipment. Notice to Patients: No one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay.
