Finding out the walls are all concrete and the electricity needed updated and the walls are all uneven…All of that to say, Rebel Massage will be moving. Very soon.
I’m going to need your support more than ever.

The wood flooring was put in by “Fix-it-Nik!” They did a gorgeous job!

Also, if any small businesses (that are quiet, this is a must!) need a salon suite type of environment, I will have rooms available.

I have been busy.

I signed a lease at a new location on July 1 and have been “playing construction” all summer! Turns out I don’t play construction well.

This was a monumental task and I got some insane quotes so decided to tackle it on my own with the intermittent help and tool borrowing from friends!

Don’t mind me while I picture dump. There was a LOT of ripping out and realizing how much needed updated. (The building is from the 60’s)

I was going to do a cute post about fall and switching over nail colors and wearing a cute sweater and have a pumpkin spice latte in my hand… yea let’s be real. That ain’t happening.

I didn’t sleep last night. I’ve been battling an extreme case of arthritis flare. (I was taken off my arthritis medication because it was causing heart failure) so instead, here’s a pic of reality.

I’m still open and working, but if I reschedule, this is why. Chronic illness is no fricken joke and arthritis affects more than joints. There was so much swelling that I felt like I had broken my foot, it also is possible it was subluxed out of joint.

More prednisone…actually…that’s probably why I didn’t sleep. 🤦‍♀️

So here I am “smelling” the flower in my office and some sticker inspo.

My Fairy Brew Mother, Kristi just dropped off the most needed coffee ever.

After a heck of a day yesterday, where I had to START OVER because Lowe’s mis-tinted all my paint requiring me to START OVER, did I mention I had to START OVER.
