Marietta, Ohio, was filled with people walking for different reasons, but united by one important message: recovery deserves to be seen, celebrated, and talked about.

Our Spero Health Marietta team was among those who showed up, walked alongside their neighbors, provided education and helped make recovery a visible part of their community.

What happens when a team turns compassion into action? An entire community shows up. 💙

Our Spero Health Monticello team brought people together for the Save a Life Day “Light the Way” Memorial 5K Run & Walk — creating a meaningful day centered on hope, connection, recovery, and remembrance.

From the 5K and Memorial Wall to community resources and family activities, every part of the event reflected the heart and hard work our Monticello team poured into making the day special.

We are incredibly proud of this team for creating an event that not only brought the community together, but reminded everyone impacted by addiction that hope is here, recovery is possible, and no one walks this journey alone. 💙

The Frankfort Spero Health team was out in the community connecting, sharing resources and showing support at The Story Tour at Capital City Church! 💜

The evening brought people together around a powerful message of hope for those who are hurting and struggling—and our team was grateful to be there to help connect individuals and families with support and resources.

Some teams just have a way of showing up—and our Smyrna team has been doing a lot of that lately. 💜

From rolling up their sleeves to help clean a local park to spending the day connecting with others at Rutherford Recovery Fest, this team continues to find ways to be part of the community beyond the walls of our center.

It’s service. It’s connection. It’s being a good neighbor. And it’s a reflection of the kind of heart our Smyrna team brings to their work every day.

We love seeing our teams out in their communities making connections, lending a hand, and representing Spero Health so well. Way to go, Smyrna! 👏💜

Our Lebanon, KY team put their own spin on a Self-Care Fair with their “Resource Roundup!” 💙

The team welcomed local organizations and community partners right outside the center, giving people a chance to connect with resources, learn about available support and spend time together.

And this year’s Roundup was even bigger — with nearly double the turnout from last year! Seeing this event continue to grow is a wonderful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together around recovery.

A huge thank you to our Lebanon team, our community partners and everyone who stopped by. We love seeing connections like these grow year after year! 💙

Recovery Month in Richmond 💜

Our Richmond, KY team had such a great day at their Self-Care Fair, alongside so many wonderful organizations serving the community.

They spent the day meeting people, sharing resources, having conversations and making connections — the kind of things that matter all year long, but feel especially meaningful during Recovery Month.

Our Hazard, Kentucky team spent the day at the annual Hope Fest — filled with good music, meaningful connections and plenty of hope.

Recovery Month is about making support easier to find. 💜

That is exactly what our Stanford, KY Self Care Fair does.

What started as a local event has grown year after year into a place where people can come together, meet community partners, learn about available resources and make connections that may matter long after the event is over.

That kind of access matters. Sometimes the first step toward change is simply knowing where to turn.

We are glad to see this event becoming such a meaningful part of the Stanford community and are so thankful for our local team who make this such a wonderful experience each year!

Our teams have been out in their communities celebrating Recovery Month in a big way. 💜

In Lexington, our team hosted a Self Care Fair that brought together resources, support and conversations around wellness and recovery. In Louisville, our team attended Rally 4 Recovery and filled the day with connection, encouragement and celebration.

We love seeing these moments happening across the communities we serve and all the ways Recovery Month is being recognized throughout Spero Health.

Our Hazard, Kentucky team created this incredible Recovery Month tree as a way to represent the people, families and journeys behind recovery. Each ribbon is a reminder that no two stories look the same, but every one matters.

It is such a simple idea, but such a powerful one — a visual reminder of hope, resilience and the lives that continue to move forward every day.
