Very appropriate shirt one of my patient wore today.

Very true though. I fell once a few months back and my back hurt for a month. I remember thinking "I don't bounce back like I use to"

A few adjustments later and some light yoga and I was back on top of it.

If your back pain is more of a reality than a memory, you should probably stop on by.
