Please remember that Springfield Clinic patients can contact TeleNurse for non-urgent medical issues after hours at 217.528.7541. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can send a message using your athenahealth patient portal. The message will go directly to your provider's office.

On Thursday, Nov. 21, Springfield Clinic joined the nation in honoring National Rural Health Day—and our team turned green to celebrate! 💚

This year is extra special as it marks 30 years of commitment to rural communities. Our journey began in 1994 with the opening of our first Rural Health Clinic in Hillsboro East. Today, we’ve expanded to 16 Rural Health Clinics, proudly serving over 76,000 patients in the past year.
