This one surprises a lot of people.

When the eyes aren’t working together perfectly, there can be a slight mismatch in the way images line up, causing the body to adapt in ways people don’t realize. One of the most common is a subtle, ongoing head tilt as the body naturally tries to help vision become more aligned and stable.

Over time, that can translate into chronic neck pain, stiffness, or tension that doesn't fully respond to massage, chiropractic care, or physical therapy.
