14 years. Thousands of sessions. Hundreds of families. Here’s what we learned. 🏋️

1. Relationships matter more than programming.
2. Every athlete deserves to be treated like an athlete.
3. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach.
4. Progress doesn’t always look like more weight on the bar.
5. Behavior is communication.
6. Confidence changes lives.
7. Families need support too.
8. Inclusion isn’t lowering the standard.
9. Consistency beats perfection.
10. The disability community is underserved by the fitness industry.
11. Strength creates independence.
12. Small wins matter.
13. Community is powerful.
14. We are just getting started.

NEW! Neurodivergent people — and others who would benefit — can now pick up a special blue envelope meant to hold important papers, such as vehicle registration and insurance information. The goal is to make interactions with law enforcement safer and more productive.
