April was such a full month that I didn't get a chance to share about the Work That Reconnects + forest bathing event I co-led! It was such a beautiful day of wandering in the forest, listening to the trees, and reconnecting with our hope for the future.

Hope isn't passive wishing for things to get better. It's an intentional acti of engaging with what's real, envisioning what you want, and then holding onto that when things feel hard. And it's SO MUCH BETTER together. 🥰

My goal with this new hands-on perinatal massage class was to help LMTs build understanding, empathy, and confidence. I'm so thankful to Julia for sharing this feedback on her first prenatal session since last week's class! 🌟
