Ever catch yourself wondering, “Do I actually need therapy… or am I just overthinking things?”

That question alone is more common than you might think.

Therapy isn’t just for moments of crisis—it can also be for the quieter signs: when life feels heavier than usual, when you feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or just not quite like yourself.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to reach out for support. In fact, therapy is often the place where clarity starts to take shape.

Some gentle signs it might be time to talk with someone:

• You’re stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break
• Your stress feels harder to manage lately
