🌿There is only 2 more Wednesdays in this month. Today, we will go through massage therapy.

🤔How can I make appointments?
✅We take appointments on via phone, our website, Raise The Bar app, and in-person. There is no difference between those options. Pick your most comfortable options.

🤔How can I book couples massage?
✅We offer couples massages not just Valentine's Day seasons. You can book one for your anniversaries and friends gathering. Please call the spa or stop by the lobby ahead of time.

🤔What kind of clothes should I wear for the appointment?
✅Something comfortable, such as athletic shorts and a t-shirt.

🤔Is there a cancellation policy?
✅Yes, we have 24 hours cancellation policy. We need to charge 50% of the service fee with notice, and 100% without notice (emergencies are exceptions). Please call the spa immediately if you notice that you need to cancel the appointment any time.

🤔What should I do if I need to cancel the appointment on the day of?
✅If you have an emergency situation, please call the spa as early as possible. We will try to reschedule based on you and your therapist's schedule.

🌿This week, we will go over about Spray Tan & Skincare. There are a lot of questions that we've been asked for the last a few months. We will cover the questions that we mainly get asked.

🤔When do I need to make an appointment for spray tan?
✅1-2 days before your special day. The tan solution will take 24-48 hours to complete. Please consider the time for your appointment for rinsing off the solution

🤔 How long does the tan solution last?
✅Typically 5-7 days depending on how well you treat your skin daily.

🤔What kind of clothes should I wear for the appointment?
✅Loose dark color clothes (e.g. black oversized t-shirt and shorts) with sandals or flipflops. This outfit allows you not only avoiding getting solution on your clothes but also making you easier to change 😊

🤔Does the solution have any sun protection?
✅No. Please make sure you put sunscreen on before you being outside for a while. We don't want you to get burn underneath your spray tan 🥺

🤔How should I treat my skin to make the tan last long?
✅Moisturizing your skin is a good key. Try to put the lotion on you skin daily. We offer some skincare and extending tan lotion here at the spa lobby. Check it out!

💙 An Update to Our Spa Hours

As Raise the Bar Wellness Spa continues to grow, we're always looking for ways to best serve our clients while making the most of our team's time and availability.

Beginning Monday, July 13, we'll be making a small adjustment to our spa schedule:

🕓 Tuesday & Thursday: Walk-in hours until 4:00 PM, with appointments available afterward.

🕛 Saturday: Walk-in hours until 12:00 PM, with appointments available afterward.

Our regular hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will remain the same.

This change allows us to continue providing personalized, high-quality care while offering flexible scheduling for those who prefer evening or Saturday afternoon appointments.

We encourage scheduling your appointments in advance so we can reserve a time that's most convenient for you.

Thank you for supporting our locally owned small business. We truly appreciate your trust in us and look forward to continuing to help you relax, recover, and feel your best. We can't wait to see you soon! 💙
