A little bit about me and my “why” ⬇️

I graduated high school with the plan to go to college and obtain a degree that would allow me to help people and make a difference. I first attended Mount St. Joseph University to double major in psychology and computer science. I then transferred to Franklin University and graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology in January of 2023.

I then earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in November of 2025. During the field experience portion of my program, I completed my practicum at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in the Neurodevelopmental and Behavioral Psychology Department within the Division of Behavioral Medicine and Clinical Psychology. I then went on to complete my internship at Child Focus in Mt. Orab offering group therapy and individual therapy to children and families.

I now serve clients of all ages at PATH Behavioral Health in Hillsboro, Ohio offering in-person and telehealth sessions! I truly love helping individuals and families. If you are seeking counseling services, please feel free to message for more information.

One of the biggest misconceptions about therapy is that you have to be experiencing a major life crisis to seek help. I’m here to tell you that’s simply not true!

People often seek counseling for things like:
✨ Anxiety or feeling overwhelmed
✨ Stress
✨ Relationship challenges
✨ Life transitions
✨ Feeling stuck, unsure, or confused

Counseling can be a place where you slow down, reflect, and learn tools that help you navigate life more confidently.

Hello, everyone! My name is Regan Crum, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ohio and the owner of this page. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

Life can bring challenges that feel overwhelming at times, whether it’s stress, anxiety, grief, life transitions, or simply trying to balance everything on your plate. In my work, I strive to provide a non-judgmental and compassionate environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and sometimes we just need the right support to get there.
