I received my massage therapy training in 2011 from Wake Technical Community College. Since then I have used that knowledge in conjunction with my degree in Fitness and Wellness Management to better attend to the needs of my clients. I believe in taking the time to listen and understand my client’s needs and concerns to develop a treatment plan that provides the best
individualized results. Being trained in array of modalities including medical massage, neuromuscular therapy, Swedish, sports massage (pre-post), deep tissue, trigger point, plantar fasciitis treatment, and cupping allows me to provide relief from the stress of daily activities to athletic training. In my spare time, I volunteer my time and talents to local organizations that help to enrich the quality of life to our community. I offer: Mobile Massage (in-home) Monday, Wednesday and weekends
