I’m a nostalgic gal. 🤓 I love looking back and comparing. We are on the same days of the week as we were in 2020. I distinctly remember Friday the 23rd being the day I went into 432 Hillsdale Ave for the first time. I’d been seeing the number “23” everywhere for weeks leading up to it. An opp I’d been hoping for for 18 months just fell through the Friday before (the space above Playa Bowls in Westwood- I was planning to make it be a yoga space called “Westwood Center Soul” - named for the cross streets … it wasn’t meant to be.) I’d been trying to force fit the opp into something I wanted and it took forever to fall apart… but Moon Magic? That magic happened practically in minutes. Things fell into place SO QUICKLY and effortlessly. That’s how you know the Universe is on your side!
I’m still in awe at how it all worked out- even the name. That just sorta happened, and the logo too— I didn’t realize I was channeling the divine feminine for a place for all us witches to gather 😏 I still didn’t even like the word “witch” then! So wild. It was only till much later that I realized how expertly orchestrated it all was! I always say, I’m just the puppet/the vessel- Spirit directs me, and I trust.
And no, you don’t have to identify as a witch to appreciate Moon Magic. It’s a beautiful space that allows for peace, calm, community and healing. The witchy stuff is just a bonus. You just can’t identify as a fascist or capitalist, bc you won’t like it here if you do! 😌
