I must admit, within the past 1,000 days, I have had sets where I impressed myself more than this thousandth qigong set. But I am impressed and satisfied that I said I would do this and I did. I am surprised to realize that after all that I still feel new. I have learned along the way that the more experiences you have, the more you learn there is actually so much more to experience and learn. The perception just opens up to a new expanse of possibilty. What a blessing that is because this is not the end. This is just step one. If you are playing your cards correctly, every day, every step, every breath is the first one. Anything new will seem difficult, at first, but with experience comes a wisdom that is aware of that and is more and more patient with every new experience. With that knowledge we can be confident that we will begin again stronger.

So here's to the next thousand!
