One question I get asked all the time is…
“Who are our retreats for?”
They’re for the people who are ready.

Some come to us after years, or even decades, of carrying burdens that no one should have to carry alone.

I’ve had the honor of sitting with people who have survived childhood abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, military combat, first responder trauma, addiction, chronic illness, and family trauma that has been carried for generations.

Others come because they’re exhausted from living in survival mode.

Some are struggling with addictions to alcohol, prescription medications, narcotics, kratom, food, or other unhealthy coping patterns they’ve desperately wanted to break.

Then there are the people who aren’t in crisis at all.

They’ve done the work. They simply want to continue growing, deepen their relationship with God, unlock more creativity, and become the fullest version of who they were created to be.

This is exactly why Soul to Soul Harmony Church exists.

We create a space where people can experience what it’s like to be fully seen and accepted exactly where they are.

One thing I don’t talk about enough is what I have the privilege of witnessing at every retreat.

I’ve watched people begin breaking free from addictions they never thought they could break free from.

I’ve heard participants share that they were finally able to move forward from long-standing struggles that had kept them feeling stuck for years.

I’ve witnessed marriages begin to heal, families reconnect, purpose rediscovered, and people remember who they truly are beneath years of pain and survival.

But if you asked me what creates the greatest transformation, my answer might surprise you.

It’s not the retreat.
It’s not even the medicine.
It’s the community.
It’s finally feeling safe enough to tell your story.
It’s being surrounded by unconditional love instead of judgment.
It’s finding forgiveness for your past and hope for your future.

I truly believe transformation happens in community.

The retreat simply creates the space for that transformation to begin.

✨ Soul to Soul Harmony Is Officially a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Church! ✨

In February, I shared that Soul to Soul Harmony had been established as a church and that we were beginning the process of seeking federal nonprofit recognition.

Today, I’m incredibly proud to share that Soul to Soul Harmony is officially recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit church!

This recognition will help us expand our work, build new partnerships, apply for grants, accept tax-deductible donations, and provide more financial support to people who may not otherwise be able to attend ceremonies and retreats.

Our mission remains the same: to serve God, respect the medicines we work with, and support our community with care, integrity, and responsibility.

Thank you to everyone who has believed in this mission and supported us along the way. This is an exciting milestone and only the beginning of what we hope to accomplish together.

I went back and forth for months about sharing this.

Not because I was ashamed of my story, but because some parts of it still felt incredibly tender to speak out loud. Truthfully, it did not feel complete to share this until I was safely into the second trimester of my pregnancy.

2025 was simultaneously the most painful and transformative year of my life.

There were moments where I felt completely broken down by grief, heartbreak, depression, shame, illness, and exhaustion. There were also moments of profound healing, community, love, purpose, safety, and reconnection with myself and God.

What that year taught me more than anything is that healing is not linear.

I share this because I know so many people are silently carrying pain behind closed doors while still showing up for everyone around them.

And I also share this because the spaces we create through these retreats, ceremonies, and community were born from lived experience.

These are spaces where you do not need to perform.
You do not need to have it all together.
You do not need to hide your grief, your exhaustion, your fear, or your humanity.

You are allowed to unravel here.
You are allowed to rest here.
You are allowed to be held here. 🤍

Little timelapse of what a group Kambo ceremony is like 🤍

These 7 women were all new to Kambo, so we took it slow and traditional for their first ceremony. We served the ankles first to create a gentler introduction to the medicine. The following day, we worked more intentionally with specific areas of the body including energetic points, meridians, organs, injuries, emotional stagnation, and areas needing deeper support.
Before serving Kambo, we spent time regulating the nervous system through breathwork, meditation, and hapé. When the body feels safe, it can soften, open, and surrender more deeply into the work.
Kambo is an ancestral Amazonian medicine that has been carried through indigenous lineage for generations for cleansing, strengthening, and healing.
The secretion contains over 70 bioactive peptides that have been studied for their antimicrobial, antiviral, antifungal, anti inflammatory, and immune modulating properties. Traditionally and therapeutically, Kambo has been used to support the body in addressing candida, mold exposure, SIBO, leaky gut, gut dysbiosis, chronic inflammation, injuries, arthritis, herniated discs, poor circulation, neuropathy, Lyme disease and nervous system dysregulation.
Many people also work with Kambo for support around fertility, hormonal balance, endocrine and autoimmune conditions such as PCOS, thyroid disorders, and endometriosis. One of the most profound things to witness is the way the medicine can help bring the body out of chronic fight or flight and into a more regulated parasympathetic state.
Kambo can also be deeply supportive for those struggling with addiction and dependency. It is often one of the first medicines I serve for individuals working to transition off prescription medications, substances, ni****ne, or other addictive patterns because of the way it supports detoxification, nervous system recalibration, emotional processing, and clarity.
I love this medicine and I love this frog 🐸

This Mother’s Day weekend was incredibly special. I had the honor of gathering with a group of women and mothers for a retreat centered around healing, connection, ceremony, and community. What began as a room full of strangers quickly turned into something that felt deeply sacred: a space filled with vulnerability, honesty, support, laughter, tenderness, and genuine sisterhood.

Throughout the weekend, we journeyed together through breathwork, meditation, cacao, Kambo, and sacredceremony. It was powerful to witness women choosing healing not just for themselves, but for their children, relationships, families, and future generations.

As someone currently walking through pregnancy, this retreat impacted me more deeply than I expected. Being surrounded by strong, grounded, loving women reminded me how important community truly is, especially in motherhood.

One of the most meaningful parts of the retreat was serving alongside my mother while carrying my daughter. Three generations present in one room felt incredibly sacred to me.

At the end of the weekend, the women gifted Amora and I an OM healing circle. I laid there surrounded by their voices, prayers, humming, and tenderness, completely overwhelmed with gratitude. As I felt Amora kicking in my belly while the room vibrated with harmony and love, I found myself in tears. It’s a moment I will carry with me forever.

To be able to facilitate this work and witness people open their hearts, reconnect with themselves, and form authentic community is something I never take for granted. I’m deeply grateful for every encounter, every ceremony, and every person who continues to trust me in these spaces.

Interested in these healing modalities? Our next gathering is June 5th-7th in Fairbanks, AK.

Day 2 of our February Gathering, nothing but love and smiles ❤️

We spent the day relaxing together with yoga, sound healing, meditation, breathwork, coloring, making jewelry, sitting in ceremony, and sharing endless hugs.

One of my favorite parts of creating safe spaces like this is watching the affection naturally flow between people. When we feel safe to be ourselves and express openly, we become more inclined to reach out, connect, and embrace one another.

And in many ways, that is what this work is all about. 🙏

Day 1 of our February Gathering.

We began the evening in connection through meditation, Hapé, and a powerful two hour breathwork journey.

As the night unfolded, we grew closer to one another, to ourselves, and to our higher power. I am always in awe of the courage humans bring into this space. The vulnerability, the honesty, and the willingness to be seen in our deepest truths.

The rawness of our pain, our grief, and even our pleasure reminds me how sacred it is to witness people returning to themselves.
