So many of my R.E.COVERY | curated healing clients are experiencing chronic conditions and health challenges because of trauma.

Many of them have found solace in Teri Wellbrock's interview with Leslie Slemmons on The Healing Place Podcast, Episode 402: Somatic Reconnection: Reclaiming Lost Parts of Ourselves.

Both Teri and Leslie are members of the Nirvana Network, the only holistic network group in the Hilton Head/Bluffton area that integrates a combination of Western and Eastern philosophies.

This poem was something I wrote for anyone who needed a little bit of hope, while on a path to finding their most radiant version of themselves.
