We partner with Labcorp to provide in-house lab tests at wholesale prices. You can get all of your testing done during your appointment with Dr. Mancini. This is just another benefit for our members! For example, a Complete Blood Count (CBC) is priced at $7.02, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) $7.90, Lipid Panel $8.67, Urine Culture $11.77, and Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) $8.71. This wholesale pricing also extends to pathology specimens, such as skin biopsies. Patients can also choose to use their insurance to pay for labs, or we can send orders out to any other clinic or health center of your choosing. When you’re sick, the last thing you want to do is drive to the pharmacy, wait for your prescription to be filled, and be surprised by the high cost when it’s ready. If you’re a member of Foundation Health, you have access to in-house wholesale prescription medications. We have medications on-hand to treat common problems such as upper respiratory infections, bronchitis, asthma and COPD exacerbation, erectile dysfunction, yeast infections, skin infections, and UTIs. You can get your medication during your appointment and pay cash wholesale prices. For example, Amoxicillin is priced at 12 cents per tablet, Prednisone is 8 cents per tablet, and hydrochlorothiazide (for blood pressure) is 8 cents per pill. Good news! As of January 1, 2026, the federal government allows patients to use Flexible Saving Account (FSA) and Health Saving Account (HSA) funds to cover the cost of direct primary care membership fees. Meet Gabriel Mancini, D.O. Dr. Mancini is a family medicine physician with double board certifications with the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He grew up in Hinckley and completed medical school at Ohio University and residency training at Cleveland Clinic. He previously worked as an attending family medicine physician at Cleveland Clinic Brunswick Family Health Center. Dr. Mancini has earned certifications in Integrative Pain Management and Integrative Medicine for Primary Care through the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. Dr. Mancini is passionate about improving patients' experiences in healthcare and believes that providing primary care directly to the patient is the best way to practice. In his spare time, Dr. Mancini enjoys golf, yard work, hiking, Italian soccer, Cleveland sports, and spending time with his wife and three young children. Foundation Health Direct Primary Care is a comprehensive family medicine clinic in Hinckley. A monthly membership gives you direct access to Dr. Mancini, unlimited visits, osteopathic manipulative treatment, joint injections, dry needling, and cupping, as well as traditional primary care services such as cancer screenings, EKG, chronic disease management, telehealth visits, and more. We also offer in-house bloodwork and medications at significantly reduced cost. We are committed to price transparency. Memberships are $150 per month for adults and $100 per month for youth.
