As we celebrate National Health Center Week (NHCW), Diversity Health Center is honored to receive a proclamation recognizing the important role Community Health Centers play in improving the health of our communities.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the City of Ludowici and Mayor Pro Tem Mary Hamilton for presenting a proclamation at our Ludowici location in recognition of National Health Center Week and our ongoing commitment to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare.

We are grateful for the support of our local leaders and the strong partnerships that help us advance our mission of delivering compassionate, comprehensive care to every patient we serve.

Today, Diversity Health Center was honored to receive two proclamations recognizing National Health Center Week (NHCW) and the vital role Community Health Centers play in improving the health and well-being of our communities.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the City of Jesup, where City Manager Nick Ellis presented a proclamation at our Jesup location, recognizing the dedication and impact of our team in providing accessible, high-quality healthcare.

We also thank Liberty County Commissioner Donald Lovette for presenting and signing a proclamation at our Hinesville location in honor of National Health Center Week and for his continued support of our mission.

These proclamations reflect the strong partnerships we share with our local leaders and reaffirm our commitment to providing compassionate, affordable, and comprehensive healthcare to every individual and family we serve.

Thank you to the City of Jesup, Liberty County, and our incredible board, staff and patients for helping us celebrate National Health Center Week. Together, we are building healthier communities—one patient, one family, and one neighborhood at a time.
