Best Dates recipe. It’s how I was able to eat so many near the end of my pregnancy 😂 I topped mine with crushed pretzels for a crunch 🤌

2015 high school career paper.
Back then, I thought I wanted to become a marriage and family therapist.

Reading this again 11 years later stopped me in my tracks.
‘I want to be that lighthouse and lead families back to shore.’

The career path changed, but the heart behind it never did. My core goal of helping people evolved.
Turns out the lighthouse theme was already there long before Labor Lighthouse ever existed. 🤍

Happy Mothers Day 💕 it’s my favorite day because I am reminded of where my passion for birth and motherhood stem from:
⭐️My mother’s support in the delivery room (braiding my hair, physically lifting and helping me push, to even feeding me ice cubes)
💕My babies (all three unique birth experiences)
🥰and my love I have for both my mother and my babies 🥹

Her body is stretched.
Her hormones are shifting.
Her sleep is broken.
Her identity is being rewritten in real time.

And while she’s healing, learning and finding herself again… she’s also keeping a tiny human alive, with her own body.

This is not the time for judgement.
This is not the time for pressure.
This is the time for gentleness.

She deserves patience when she’s overwhelmed.
Support when she’s unsure.
Protection when she feels exposed.
And love that feels steady while everything else feels new.

Because becoming a mother doesn’t just change a woman physically, it reshapes her emotionally, mentally and spiritually too.

So if you know a pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding mama…
speak softly to her.
hold space for her.
remind her she’s doing enough.

She deserves the utmost respect, love and care in the season she is giving the most of herself.

Hi friends 🥹 I’ve missed you all.

I’ve been a little busy growing and birthing a whole human 🫣 but now that baby boy is here, I am itching to get back to supporting expecting mamas.

A few updates:

• We are officially in Georgia!
• I’ll be serving Fort Stewart, Hinesville, and Ludowici
• I’ll be taking only 1–2 clients per month
• The first 2 clients will receive my services at half price as they help me towards my certification 🤍

The way you are supported matters. The way you feel during your birth matters.

I’m excited to be back.
Excited to serve this community.
And excited to walk alongside mamas as they birth the way they want.
