Hi my people! Update 1
The winter wheat forecast was bad this week which means bread prices will rise. Please consider getting a breadmaker (cheap at Savers) and flour. It will make for you cheaper than store bought. A good place to find reasonably price food is Ocean State Job Lots. Please stock up for winter. I think gas, electricity, home heating and food prices will be ridiculously expensive. Keeping you up to date because I love you !!!

Hey My people! I know I haven't been on here much but I'm back. I am encouraging everyone to start stocking! Remember just before the pandemic I was begging you? Well, here we are again. With all that is going on in the world, food prices are rising fast. I think this will be a bad fall and winter with heat, rent, food and gas prices being ridiculous. The only one you can control is food. 6 months worth in your basement and pantries asap will give you some wiggle room. Good places to get reasonable supplies are Ocean State Job Lots and Azure Standard. Getting a garden going and canning food is also fantastic. Get extra supplies of any medications you may need. I'll be posting weekly. Feel free to ask questions. You know I'm prepared!
