Visitor Management team member Angelina Moskal took time to connect with a guest while assisting with a visitor badge. What began as a simple conversation built on kindness and shared interests turned into a meaningful exchange. Weeks later, the guest returned with a heartfelt surprise: a beautifully handcrafted birdhouse created as a token of appreciation for Angelina’s compassion and genuine connection.
