Part-Time (Sunday OR Sunday & Monday)

Kenai Massage is a well-established holistic massage studio in Hixson seeking a skilled, reliable Licensed Massage Therapist to complete our team.

We currently have one part-time opportunity available.

This position is ideal for a therapist who values:

• Consistency and professionalism
• Client-centered, high-quality care
• Clear communication and follow-through
• A calm, collaborative, and respectful work environment

COMPENSATION:

Commission begins at 50%+ plus gratuity (depending on service and duration).

Hours will be determined collaboratively based on client demand and mutual alignment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active TN massage therapy license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience preferred
• Strong therapeutic and deep tissue skills
• Ability to customize sessions and treatment plans
• Timely and thorough session documentation
• Dependable attendance and communication

Myofascial Release is a slow, intentional form of bodywork that focuses on restrictions within the fascia - the connective tissue that surrounds and supports the muscles throughout the body.

A graduate of the Mind Body Institute in Nashville, James has continued his education with advanced studies in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Cupping Therapy. One of our newest Fall Seasonal Specials, Cedar & Stone brings together deep, focused bodywork and soothing warmth for a massage that feels every bit as good as it sounds.

Inspired by Kelsey’s Pacific Northwest roots, this customized therapeutic massage incorporates Cedar Branch Deep Tissue, using a smooth Western Red Cedar branch to apply broad, sustained pressure and work deeply into areas of muscular tension. Warm basalt stones are incorporated throughout the session to help soften tight muscles and complement the deeper work.
