🐶🐱💙 A Visit Full of Wagging Tails & Tiny Paws! 💙

Jo-Ann always looks forward to our monthly trips to the East Ridge Animal Services, so we thought we’d make this visit extra special by making homemade dog treats to deliver to all the cute pups ourselves!

And then came the sweetest surprise—newborn kittens! 🐱💕 Our residents loved getting the chance to give these tiny new friends a little extra love during their visit.

We’re so grateful for the time we get to spend with the animals at East Ridge Animal Shelter and the joy they bring to our residents. 💙🐾

🍜🇯🇵 A little taste of Tokyo right here in Hixson!

Our Lantern residents have been exploring Tokyo, Japan, this month, so we couldn’t pass up the chance to enjoy some Japanese cuisine right here in our own community!

We picked up teriyaki bowls from Ichi Ramen in Hixson, and there was more than enough to go around—with plenty left over! 😋🥢

It was a delicious way to bring a little taste of our Tokyo travels home. 💙

⛳ We’re less than a month away from tee time!

The Morning Pointe Foundation Mastering Memory Care Golf Tournament is happening on Sept. 14 at Lookout Mountain Club, bringing golfers together for a day of competition, connection, and giving back. 💚

Funds raised support caregiver education programs and scholarships for students pursuing nursing, culinary, social work, and therapy fields through partner schools across the Southeast.
