Summer heat can quickly lead to dehydration, making it important to drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. Staying hydrated helps regulate body temperature, maintain energy levels, support digestion, and prevent heat-related illnesses.

✅ Tips for Staying Hydrated This Summer:
💦 Drink water regularly—even before you feel thirsty.
🍉 Enjoy water-rich foods like watermelon, cucumbers, strawberries, and oranges.
🏃 Increase fluid intake during outdoor activities and exercise.
🥤 Limit sugary drinks and excessive caffeine, which can contribute to dehydration.
🌞 Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat whenever possible.
⚡ If you're sweating heavily for extended periods, consider replenishing electrolytes as well as fluids.
