For two decades, Ana has been such a huge part of the heart behind Elite. From the very beginning, her dedication, knowledge, leadership, and kindness have helped shape Elite into what it is today. As our Assistant Administrator, she brings so much wisdom, compassion, and care.

A stroke can happen suddenly, but knowing the warning signs and acting quickly can save a life. ❤️

May is Stroke Awareness Month, a time to spread awareness about prevention, education, and the importance of early treatment. Common warning signs of a stroke can include sudden numbness or weakness, confusion, trouble speaking, dizziness, severe headache, or loss of balance.

Remember FAST:
F- Face drooping
A- Arm weakness
S- Speech difficulty
T-Time to call 911

Every second matters during a stroke. Quick medical attention can help reduce long-term effects and improve recovery outcomes. At Elite Home Health, we encourage our community to stay informed, take care of their health, and support loved ones in recognizing the signs early.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms, grandmothers, bonus moms, and mother figures who care so deeply for the people around them. Thank you for the sacrifices you make, the comfort you bring, and the unconditional love you give so freely.
