Supervision Process Group Online/Zelle (small number of participants; 1st come 1st served basis)

Why this group?
Many unique characteristics are associated with sharing experiences that happen in a process group setting. This group will combine process and ‘supervision’ hence, rendering certain benefits that cannot be attained through with individual supervision only. These characteristics and related benefits comprise peer feedback, having multiple listeners during the same occasion, observational learning, rising empathy, social networking, modeling, practicing positive and productive discourse, committed public speaking, and presenting, and emerging professional repertoires. Confidence building and professionalism are enhanced through scaffolding, co-leading and validation.
