.stucchio: this was my first time trying a trigger point massage and i learned a few things very quickly (besides that is magic).

first: it’s not relaxing the whole time 😅 when they hit certain knots it can be intense, but in a way that actually feels productive.

second: they’re not just massaging randomly. trigger point therapy targets very specific muscles where tension builds up.

third: breathing through the pressure actually helps the muscle release. and ya girl is nottt amazing at breathing!

if you deal with tight shoulders, headaches, or that constant desk-posture tension, this type of massage can make a huge difference. hoboken / jersey city friends, save this for when your shoulders start acting up and visit !
