Trigger points aren’t just ‘muscle knots’
They can contribute to pain, stiffness, reduced mobility, and tension that often radiates to other areas of the body.

Acupuncture targets specific trigger points in muscles and connective tissue to help relax tight areas, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing process.

Many patients notice less pain, improved movement, and a feeling of relief after treatment.

👂 Your ears may be more connected to your health than you think.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the ear is considered a microsystem of the body, with specific points traditionally linked to different functions.

Auricular acupuncture may be used to support stress, sleep, headaches, pain and muscle tension, digestion, seasonal allergies, appetite & cravings, and overall well-being.

It’s not about treating everything through the ear.
The points are selected based on your individual symptoms and goals.🌿

Knee injuries can significantly impact quality of life, causing pain and limiting mobility. Acupuncture, as a method of traditional Chinese medicine, offers an effective solution for recovery after injury.

How Does Acupuncture Help?

1. Pain Relief: Acupuncture stimulates the production of endorphins, which helps reduce knee pain.

2. Improved Circulation: Inserting needles into specific points activates blood flow, accelerating the healing process.

3. Inflammation Reduction: Acupuncture helps decrease inflammatory processes, which is critical for recovery.

4. Restoration of Mobility: Regular sessions contribute to improved flexibility and joint function.

5. Stress Reduction: The acupuncture process also aids in relaxation and reduces emotional tension associated with the injury.

☝️Recommendations

For optimal results, combine acupuncture with physical therapy and specialized exercises. Consult our specialists for a personalized treatment plan and get back to an active life without pain!

The first thing people say after cupping:
‘Wow… are those bruises?’ 👀
No - and here’s what’s really happening 👇

During cupping, a vacuum effect is created to help:
✔ improve circulation
✔ release muscle tension
✔ reduce stagnation and inflammation
✔ support faster recovery

The marks left after the treatment are not injuries.
They’re your body’s response in the areas where tension and stagnation were strongest.

And the most interesting part?
Many clients say they feel lighter after just one session ✨

Cupping isn’t about the marks - it’s about how your body feels afterward
