Earlier this month we held a special class for the solar eclipse. This Saturday we’re continuing that with a class for the lunar eclipse.

In Vedic astrology, an eclipse is treated more like a cosmic interruption, a karmic reset. This is why meditation and yoga are practiced so deeply during eclipses, both solar and lunar.

The solar eclipse influences our outer world, the lunar eclipse moves through our mental world.

Come prepared to practice Surya Namaskars for physical strength, Japa Mala beads chanting, and pranayama for mental clarity.

This class is also a first taste of something new. Starting in September we’re launching Moon Series, a deeper look at how the moon influences us, our astrological charts, our cycles, our nervous systems. More on that soon.

Our nervous systems are constantly taking in more, more noise, more notifications, more demands. It’s no wonder so many people are searching for spaces where they can slow down, reconnect, and feel at ease.

A sound bath creates that space. But facilitating a transformative one isn’t just about learning to play an instrument, it’s understanding why sound affects us the way it does. Rhythm, frequency, vibration, pacing, silence, and your presence as a facilitator all shape the experience.
