“I would recommend FF because there is a lot of care taken, especially when starting out, to make sure the coaches know what you are looking to get out of your workout routine. This is very much a space where coaches really care and are always happy to answer questions and give personalized attention- even during a large group class. What I appreciate the most is that if I’m doing something incorrectly, every coach will take it upon themselves to approach me and help. Sometimes I don’t even realize I need to adjust my stance, grip etc. This just shows a level of commitment from staff that is important to me.

What’s changed for me since joining is that I look forward to going to workout classes. Simple as that! I feel bummed if I can’t get to at least 3 classes a week.”

Shout out to the 63 Fanatics that made the July Fit Foundry Fanatics list, a.k.a. our honor roll. These fanatics, braved the heat and horrendous weather to make it in 12 or more times in the month of July. Some even did two a days to keep their impressive streak alive. Awesome work squad 💪💪💪.

Way Back Wednesday to August 5th 2015 when Dave Quevedo first laid eyes on what was to eventually become Fit Foundry. The leased was signed 2 months later and buildout wasn’t allowed to begin until August 2016, finally opening our doors in 2017 🤯. It’s insane how time flies. Some really great folks have walked through those doors since 2017 and I’m sure there will be lots more to come 🙏💪

A huge congratulations are in order for Diane Luna Rosa Home for reaching out 1000 sessions attended club we affectionately call the G-Unit 💪. A steady fanatic since the beginning, Diane can be found gathering other fanatics for the team builder with her husband Jim. Always a pleasure to have in session, working hard and taking notes on how to improve. Make sure you stop by her store to congratulate her or when you see her at FF. Congrats 🎉 D!

RECOUNT!!! after we were notified that some people were left off of the March fanatics list we re-ran some numbers and lo and behold. There were about 20 people left off of the March fanatics list. The errors have been corrected and here are the fanatics who made it in 12 times or more during the month of March. Congratulations to those people who forged ahead with us 12 or more times in the month of March💪
