Learn to teach safe, effective, and empowering Mat-based Pilates classes. This comprehensive course covers classical and contemporary exercises, anatomy fundamentals, cueing techniques, and class sequencing. Ideal for fitness and yoga instructors looking to add Mat Pilates into their teaching toolbox.

• Pilates principles & movement mechanics
• Beginner to intermediate mat repertoire

✨The Studios are Getting a Glow Up! ✨

We are leveling up the Englewood, Ridgewood and Hoboken studios to bring you a fresher, and more elevated environment to sweat, strengthen and flow in!

In order to implement these exciting renovations, please note our upcoming schedule and amenity changes-

✨RHY ENGLEWOOD-

Beginning Monday, 6/29: Renovations kick off. Only one bathroom will be open at a time and will be unisex for the duration on construction. Showers will be unavailable, so please plan accordingly. Reminder- the changing rooms in the ladies locker room have locks. Please use them, as this will be a unisex space during the renovation. Please plan ahead and accordingly. Construction will be done one locker room at a time. Once the women's locker room begins construction, there will be no separate changing rooms available. Again, please plan accordingly to ensure your comfort level.

Friday, 7/3 & Saturday, 7/4: No Classes- The studio will be totally closed

Sunday, 7/5: We are tentatively planning to reopen for classes, but since construction delays can pop up, we are playing it safe and holding off on adding Sunday classes to the schedule until we are 100% sure we can open. Please watch the live schedule and follow us on social media ( ) for updates

The entire Englewood project is projected to complete on 7/10.

✨RHY RIDGEWOOD

Beginning Monday, 7/13: The Shower will be unavailable for the week through project completion, so please plan ahead. This includes the changing room, as it's the same space.

Friday, 7/17 & Saturday, 7/18: No Classes- The studio will be totally closed.

Sunday, 7/19: Our 7:00 AM class is cancelled, however, we are hoping to resume classes the rest of the day. If we can, classes will be added back for the rest of the day.

Saturday 7/25 : No Classes

Sunday 7/26- We are planning to be open. Please watch the schedule and social media for updates, should we have construction delays. At this time, we plan to resume as regularly scheduled

Thank you for your patience while we make these improvements.

Please don't forget- memberships and class packs cross over between locations. Please feel free to visit one of our other locations, if your home studio is momentarily unavailable.

If you are purchasing a Single Class Drop-In, please make sure to purchase that in the location you will be practicing in.
