Ironclad Wellness had a great time today at the 2nd Annual National First Responders Day Wellness Event in Rosenberg!

A special thank you to our clinician Alexis Melton and our favorite four-legged team member, Molly, for representing Ironclad and spending the day connecting with our first responder community!

A huge thank you to Kayla and her entire team for once again putting together such an incredible event! Your dedication to the health and wellness of our first responders and their families does not go unnoticed.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that continues to show up for those who spend their lives showing up for others.

What an awesome day yesterday at The Warrior Within Summit 2026!

Great group of speakers, great conference attendees, and I got to meet some really cool people along the way. La Marque PD put on one hell of a program from start to finish.

Thank you to everyone who invited me out and gave me the opportunity to be a small part of this movement. I’m grateful for the conversations, the connections, and the work being done for our first responders.

In 2015 - me and my dad ( 3rd gen firefighter) completed the 9-11 stair climb of “Big Pink” in Portland, Oregon. With every step through 40 floors of the tower, we were overwhelmed by feelings of brotherhood and closeness with those who lost their lives.

11 years later I continue to remember these victims, countless families , communities and first responders who were forever changed by September 11th.

The La Marque Police Department is hosting a 2-day training summit aimed at reaching the First Responders. This FREE event will invite ACTIVE and RETIRED Police, Fire, EMS and Dispatch, and their partners to focus on their OWN mental health and relationships.
