3 non-negotiable rules for my desk setup:
1. Monitor at eye level. If you look down, you are actively compressing your neck.
2. Feet flat on the floor. Crossing your legs rotates your pelvis and destroys your lower back.
3. Elbows at 90 degrees. No reaching forward for the keyboard.
Protect your structure while you work.
Your workstation is either a recovery center or a destruction zone.
The choice is yours.
By making these three simple adjustments, you take the continuous load off your spine and allow your body to maintain its alignment.
