BEGINS TUESDAY!

FREE COMMUNITY YOGA AT TUNNEL PARK

6pm on TUESDAYS this summer (June 2 through August 25) at Tunnel Park

Drop-in Community Yoga! No need to sign up. No “yoga” experience is needed. Just come, move, and breathe together. It is super trauma informed, deliciously soulful, absolutely anatomically make-sense! It will stir up all parts of you for transformation! If you are an experienced yogis, let’s go deeper into the practice.
Bring your mat and waterbottle. Come in a comfortable, movable attire!

This is a FREE of charge event. Free will donation is welcomed to support a non profit Journey of Hope Yoga studio www.journeyofhopeyoga.org which provides fee-free yoga classes for anyone who wants to come. Please check out Journey of Hope Yoga’s full weekly schedule. All weekly classes are free and open to everyone.
