Please note that our Radiology services will be temporarily unavailable on Wednesday, September 30th & Thursday, October 1st while we undergo important on-site equipment upgrades.

What this means for you:

Routine Services: Will be paused during the upgrade days.

Urgent Exams: Will be referred out to a TRICARE-authorized network facility so your care isn't delayed.

Attention MHS GENESIS Users: Important Login Changes are Coming! 💻🔒

Starting September 23, 2026, the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal is transitioning to a modernized secure login system called myAuth, replacing DS Logon.

⚠️ What you need to know:

The Deadline: DS Logon will stop working for all users after September 30, 2026. You must transition your account before this date to keep secure access to your health portal.

Good News: If you already created a myAuth login for other transitioned systems (like milConnect or Express Scripts), you are already good to go!

Don't wait until the last minute to secure your portal access. Stay ahead of the change!

Effective 15 September, Flight Medicine and the Base Operational Medicine Clinic (BOMC) are transitioning to a new appointment scheduling process!

Flight Medicine Sick Call / Return to Flying Status: Hours remain unchanged:

Mon – Fri: 0730 – 0800 🌅

Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri: 1230 – 1300 ☀️ (Note: No afternoon sick call on Thursdays)

📣 NEW CENTRALIZED CHECK-IN LIVE 10 AUG 2026

Holloman Medical Group has moved to a centralized front desk, located just inside the main entrance, to the left of the Pharmacy lobby.

✅ Scheduled appointments now check in at the centralized front desk for:
• Active Duty Clinic
• Family Health Clinic

The centralized front desk can also assist with:
• Walk-ins
• Forms drop-off and pick-up
• General front desk assistance

➡️ AD Sick Call and Flight Medicine: No change to current operations. Please continue forward and follow posted signs.

➡️ All other services, including Public Health, Optometry, Mental Health, and other specialty areas, should continue forward and follow posted signs.

TRICARE Prime beneficiaries age 12 and older now have a convenient way to access urgent care services – virtually! ✨

The Virtually Integrated Patient Readiness and Remote Program (VIPRR) allows patients to schedule a virtual urgent care appointment by calling the MHS Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-TRICARE or visiting the MHS NAL website at https://mhsnurseadviceline.com/home.

Here’s how the program works:
• A nurse will assess the medical condition to determine if virtual care is appropriate.
o If suitable, an appointment will be scheduled with the VIPRR care clinic.
o If virtual care is not appropriate, the nurse will attempt to schedule an appointment with the patient’s primary care provider.
• VIPRR appointments are available from 5:00 a.m. to 19:30 p.m. MST.
