Hike & Stretch Classes
💪 we start with some dynamic warm-ups, then a 1-1.5 mile hike around Sugg Farm, and finish up with some yoga inspired stretching. About 75 minutes

Yoga @ Womble Park
🧘‍♀️ Evening yoga at the park. Yoga style will depend on the week but expecte to move your body and get prepared for bed.
About 60 minutes

These will be on starting this weekend.
Hike & Stretch classes will be every Friday and Saturday @ 8am. We will meet in the first parking lot on the right. Please sign up and arrive a few minutes early to get checked in.

Yoga @ Womble will be Tuesday evenings @ 7pm. We will meet in the parking lot closer to the soccer fields (not the tennis court side)

All classes will be $15 or you can get a 10 pack for $100.
Please sign up before class on my booking site or message me to let me know you are coming.

Hey everyone!!
Frank is home and doing great. Recovery is going well and the transplant team is very impressed with his level of mobility.

I returned to work today with more built in breaks to be able to swing home and check in.

Post-op check is tomorrow!!

I look forward to seeing all your faces.

Good morning lovelies!

Just a couple of announcement to start of the month of May.

Most of you know that my husband is having surgery on Wed May 6th to donate a kidney. (I know right. He is a pretty amazing human)
That surgery happens on Wed May 6th!! I want to thank all of you for being so flexible and understanding during this time, it truly makes it that much easier. ❤️

I also want to thank you all for sticking with me through this new booking app change. It has definitely been a learning curve and I'm sure there will be more tweaks along the way, so hold on tight. 😆

Last thing, with Frank's surgery the NKR (national kidney registry) will help pay for missing work, but it is only guaranteed for 6 weeks of pay. With Frank being a personal trainer the surgery team is saying he will most likely be out of work for 12 weeks. This is one of the things we were thinking about when we created Focaccia for a Cause. If you are interested, come follow our page and see all the goodies that we are offering.

Again. I can't thank you all enough for the support that you have shown me and my family. You are all truly amazing people.

Some business updates!!

This new booking system is going to open up so many more opportunities for personalized plans to help support your wellness journey.

Sharing the email here, incase you missed. The current booking software has not been sending emails out like it should be.

I am writing to share some important updates regarding Sati Wellness, as we head into the new month. To continue providing the high level of service and quality you expect, there will be an increase in pricing effective May 1st.
This was a difficult decision to make, as I have worked hard to keep rates consistent for as long as possible. However, due to the rising costs of supplies and general overhead, this adjustment is necessary to ensure the business can continue to grow and serve you best.

In addition to the price update, I am excited to announce that we are transitioning to a new booking software starting May 1st! This new system is designed to make scheduling your appointments much smoother and more efficient.

What you need to know:

Keep an eye out:You will receive a separate email shortly with step-by-step instructions on how to book your appointments going forward.

Credits & Gift Cards: Please rest assured that any remaining service credits, store credit, or active gift cards will be safely moved over to the new system.

I truly appreciate your loyalty and support. If you have any questions at all about these changes, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly.
