🚒❤️ THANK YOU, LIFEGUARD & EMA! ❤️🚒

Today was a hot one, and we want to take a moment to recognize and thank the people who are always there behind the scenes helping take care of our firefighters. 🙏

A HUGE thank you to Lifeguard for always being present at our fires and for taking such great care of our firefighters, especially on days like today. From keeping our crews hydrated to providing rehab and monitoring our firefighters in the heat, your presence makes a tremendous difference. We truly appreciate everything you do for us! 🚑💙

We would also like to give a special THANK YOU to our EMA Director, Jason Motz, for going above and beyond today by bringing our firefighters snacks, plenty of water, Liquid I.V., and water-misting fans to help keep everyone hydrated and cool while working in the heat. 💦🧊

Firefighting is a team effort, and having people who understand the importance of firefighter rehab and keeping our crews safe means more than we can say.

To Lifeguard and Jason, thank you for always showing up, stepping in, and taking care of our firefighters. We are incredibly grateful for your support! ❤️

From all of us at Potts Camp Fire & Rescue — THANK YOU! 🙏🚒😊

It takes a community to take care of those who serve it. ❤️‍🔥

There are few things more rewarding than sharing knowledge that has the potential to save a life.

Tonight, Lifeguard Ambulance Service of Marshall County had the privilege of teaching a CPR class for the members of Watson Fire Department. Every person who takes the time to learn CPR becomes another link in the chain of survival. When a cardiac emergency happens, those first few minutes are critical, and having someone nearby who knows what to do can give a family hope when they need it most.

Our goal is to see more people in Marshall County equipped with the confidence and skills to step in during an emergency. The more people who know CPR, the stronger and safer our community becomes.

We are proud to work alongside our local fire departments and are committed to continuing to build strong partnerships throughout the county. By training together, supporting one another, and sharing knowledge, we’re making Marshall County a better place to live and a safer place for everyone.

Thank you to Watson Fire Department for allowing us to be part of your training. We appreciate your dedication to serving our community, and we look forward to many more opportunities to work together.

Today, Lifeguard Ambulance Service of Marshall County was honored to provide standby coverage during a house fire in our community.

As always, our crews are proud to stand alongside our fire service partners and be ready to provide care when needed. Today’s incident proved once again how important that partnership is. With extremely high temperatures making an already difficult scene even more challenging, several firefighters experienced heat exhaustion and required rehabilitation. One firefighter was transported for further medical treatment.

We are incredibly thankful for the brave men and women who put themselves in harm’s way to protect the citizens of Marshall County. Their dedication and sacrifice do not go unnoticed.

It is a blessing and a privilege for our crews to serve this community and to be there for our first responders when they need us most. 🚑❤️‍🔥

Stay safe, stay hydrated, and take care of one another.
