Next up in our reintroductions: Colby 👇
Hailing from Lexington, NC, Colby brings a powerful blend of clinical expertise and real-world performance experience.
With advanced training in techniques like Active Release Technique (ART), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and cupping, he takes a personalized, hands-on approach to care—helping patients recover smarter, move better, and get back to doing what they love.
When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find him in the gym, out on the golf course, or spending time with family.
We asked Colby a few questions to better understand what drives his work:
What inspired you to pursue chiropractic care?
“My interest in chiropractic started with personal experience. At 18, after my freshman year of college baseball, I suffered herniated discs that left me bedridden and forced me to leave school. Chiropractic care became the turning point in my recovery—it helped me regain mobility and get back to lifting. That experience stuck with me and ultimately led me to pursue this career.”
How do you empower patients in their rehab journey?
“I focus on building individualized corrective rehab plans because no two patients are the same. I also make sure patients understand exactly what they’re doing—walking them through exercises, coaching form, and giving feedback—so they feel confident and involved every step of the way.”
How do you work with coaches or athletic teams?
“Communication is key. I work closely with coaches and team staff to make sure we’re aligned on recovery goals. Whether that means adjusting practice or playing time, it’s all about helping the athlete recover efficiently and return at full strength.”
