🍰 Cozy Mysteries & Chocolate Cravings: Book Club at The Oasis of Holly! 📖✨

Now this is how you do Book Club! Our readers gathered for a wonderfully sweet afternoon discussing this month’s cozy mystery, Death by Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake. 🍒🍫

To make the story come alive, Tina, our wonderful Holly Librarian, surprised us with real homemade Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake to match the theme! Between the lighthearted sleuthing, lively conversation, and every delicious bite, our residents were all smiles. We even came to a unanimous conclusion: if you have to go, being covered in rich chocolate wouldn’t be such a bad way to do it! 😋🍰

A fantastic book, heavenly dessert, and great company made for the ultimate afternoon. We’re already counting down the days until next month’s read! 💙📚

🎬 Dolly Parton Matinee & Poldark Nights: Relax with Dolly Parton’s "Here I Am" on Monday at 2:30 PM, and join Patty Ann’s family for the ongoing Poldark series on Friday at 6:30 PM! 🍿

🦅 Nature & Wildlife Travelogues: Travel virtually through the Florida Everglades on Monday at 11:45 AM, and celebrate National Hummingbird Day on Saturday at 2:00 PM with David Attenborough’s Jewelled Messengers! 🌿

🏈 College Football Kickoff & Tigers Baseball: Cheer on Michigan vs. Western Michigan on Saturday at 7:30 PM, plus catch Detroit Tigers action on the big screen all week long! ⚾

🎶 "Teach peace, stand together, reach out, give love, sing out, give light... and people will find the way." ✨🎂

We celebrated our monthly birthdays at The Oasis of Holly in the best way possible—surrounded by friends, laughter, and an unforgettable performance by the incredibly talented Spring Chickens! 🐥🎸

They brought so much warmth and energy to our celebration, filling the room with smiles and singing. To close out the show, they shared a truly beautiful moment with all of us, performing the folk song "Give Light" (by Greg Artzner & Terry Leonino). Those powerful words lingered in the air and touched every heart in the room long after the final chord was played. 💙🌿

A huge thank you to the Spring Chickens for sharing their incredible gifts with our community and making our birthday honorees feel so deeply celebrated! 💐🥳

🎷 Patriotic Tunes & Sweet Duets at The Oasis of Holly! 🇺🇸✨💚

Our Therapy team brought the house down with a fantastic patriotic-themed event featuring a special saxophone duet! 🎶🇺🇸

Our residents loved tapping their feet and singing along to timeless American classics. There’s nothing quite like live music—and a little red, white, and blue spirit—to bring bright smiles and joyful memories to our community! 🎷🎼

A huge thank you to our amazing Therapy team for going above and beyond to make the afternoon so meaningful and fun! 💚🌸
