🌿 Growing Together, Thriving Together 🌿

What an incredible transformation of our courtyard, landscaping, and main entrance! This project truly reflects the power of community collaboration and teamwork.

A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated departments—including Therapy, Activities, Maintenance, and our amazing residents—for rolling up their sleeves and helping bring this vision to life. We are also deeply grateful to Harris Health Inside & Out, whose mission of healing lives and empowering communities continues to make a meaningful impact.

Special thanks to our local greenhouses for their generous donations of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and plants, as well as to the Diamond and Sands families for their support and commitment to enhancing our community spaces.

Beyond creating a beautiful environment, these gardens provide so many benefits for our residents. Gardening encourages physical activity, promotes social engagement, reduces stress, stimulates memory and cognitive function, and provides a sense of purpose and accomplishment. There’s nothing quite like watching something grow from seed to harvest and enjoying the fruits of that labor together.

This project is a wonderful reminder that when a community comes together, we can create spaces that nourish both the body and the spirit. Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible! 🌻🍅🌿

This CNA Week, we celebrate the people who turn ordinary moments into meaningful ones.

The helping hand offered without being asked. The extra few minutes spent listening. The familiar smile that brings comfort during difficult days. The encouragement that helps someone keep going.

Our CNAs are often the first to greet residents in the morning and the last to wish them a good night. They build relationships, create trust, and provide compassionate care that makes our community feel like home.

Thank you for the patience, kindness, dedication, and dignity you bring to every interaction. The impact you make cannot always be measured, but it is felt every single day by our residents, families, and team.

Happy CNA Week! We are grateful for all that you do and proud to celebrate you.

Flag Day🇺🇸

Today we celebrated Flag Day a little early with a special ceremony alongside The Medical Team Hospice and our local Honor Guard.

Together, we respectfully retired our old flag and proudly raised a new one, honoring the values and sacrifices it represents. Residents enjoyed a refreshing beverage while we took time to recognize and pin our veterans, thanking them for their service and dedication to our country.

A heartfelt thank you to The Medical Team Hospice and the Honor Guard for helping make this meaningful event possible. It was a wonderful day of patriotism, remembrance, and appreciation for those who have served.

Laughter, teamwork, and a little friendly revenge made for a fantastic afternoon!

Our residents enjoyed some outdoor games and interactive activities, including the chance to pie staff with shaving cream and send brave volunteers splashing into the dunk tank. The smiles, laughter, and cheers could be heard all around as residents and staff shared a day full of fun and connection.

A special thank you to the staff members who volunteered to get a little messy and help create such memorable moments. Activities like these remind us that building relationships, making memories, and having fun together are just as important as the care we provide every day.

What a wonderful day of bonding, laughter, and summer fun!
