Whomever said, “ Therapist don’t struggle” it’s totally looney 😱😱😱 one time one of my clients said, “ Well, you must have it all figured out! You have your mental health under control” well, I have to say that is one of the biggest misconceptions :) of course anyone can look very pretty and stable on the outside 🤫🤫 but here is the truth we struggle sometimes more than our clients 😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫 I’m mean, can you imagine being there for clients hours and hours in a row ?? And for some of you, that doesn’t sound like the dream job!! But for me, it is an honor to do this work, but at the same time, I also have to do work on myself ❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 I have to be willing to do the therapy work on me 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
