“I thought hormone replacement was only for older people?”

Not necessarily. 👀

Hormone changes can happen at different stages of adulthood, and age alone doesn’t determine whether HRT is appropriate. Symptoms, medical history, lab results, and individual risk factors all matter.

Feeling constantly tired, experiencing changes in libido, mood or sleep, or simply not feeling like yourself doesn’t automatically mean you need HRT either.

That’s why we test, evaluate, and personalize instead of treating based on age—or TikTok. 😂
