Wow, it's been a while since I posted on here. Things have been SLOW since the pandemic started. I stopped facilitating groups (in a treatment center) to stay safe. (I spent a good amount of time on my potters wheel) I think it's time to return to facilitating meditation groups again. I miss it very much. To see the amazing benefits of meditation is inspiring. I can't begin to tell you the incredible feeling I had the first time a group of folks in acute withdrawal and saw each of them FINALLY relax completely and fall asleep .... it reaffirmed how powerful Guided Imagery Meditation can be.
