Yoga can be more than a class you take. It can be a way you live.

Our 7-month, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is an immersive dive into practice, philosophy, anatomy, energetics, and ethics, with real tools you can carry into everyday life.

You don’t need to do a headstand or plan to teach to belong here. Many participants come simply to deepen their own practice, understand their bodies better, and find connection. Others are educators, healthcare workers, social workers, and leaders who want to bring yoga’s tools into their work. All you need is curiosity + willingness to grow in mind, body, and heart.
