I hear this so much with clients trying to change their diet… “it gets so boring”.
This is true but I like to tell them to stop depending on their food to entertain them. Habits that create health start with simplicity and consistency.

If you want to become successful at anything in life, you must embrace being boringly consistent.

My little ones are very sensitive to fragrance. It’s not a healthy environment for anyone- but especially children and people with lung issues, the immunocompromised, and people with hormonal issues. I always recommend people remove all artificial fragrance from homes, laundry, and body products. These fragrances are endocrine disrupters and we do not need more toxins for the body to have to deal with!
