What is upper cross syndrome? In a nutshell, its a refined view of a simple problem: poor upper body posture. How can we help? Adjusting in to extension in the lower neck and upper back, and training with upper cervical flexion is the ticket out of most neck pain and headaches! What can you do? Stand up straight for a start. And consult your chiropractor for the finer points of this exercise and the goals you should have for your posture. When done correctly, good posture is easy, comfortable, and prevents long term wear and tear like degenerative disc disease, chronic migraines(not actually migraines but tension type headaches), and loss of height.

Ever wonder what our adjusting tools/adjustments do? This is called an arthrogram, an x-ray video. It shows how stuck segments of the spine shift the primary motion to adjacent vertebrae. Its kinda like posi-track. If one wheel doesnt spin enough, the others wear out. Adjusting is a way to keep all the wheels turning!
